Simple, with no lift but sufficient for a night's stay. However, maintenance is poor. Toilet paper was not replenished upon my check-in. I didn't mind to go to the Reception to get one & fit it in myself but the no one at the Reception advised how the toilet paper holder worked, which was metal & both ends of the holder could be bent, so I tried fitting it in the wrong way & cut my fingers. I was upset & went to the Reception to get plasters but they did not have but didn't try to do anything either. Although they were friendly, they did not know how to serve their customers well. My room was non-smoking but the smell of smoke filled the room. I did not ask for a room change as the hotel was fully booked that day.
I need to mention that iBook's Manager En Thaqif very kindly helped me switched my room from a higher floor to a lower floor for the sake of my senior citizen mother. 5-stars to En Thaqif.
