Great location close to centre and malls. Large room with a good shower and fridge. Incredible views from the large windows. Friendly staff. Car park not big enough and always cars parked at odd angles.

Good location, with parking space. Normal hotel amenities but toilet was abit dirty. Smells quite bad , maybe not cleaned very well. Other than that, all ok.

Parking in the area of Hotel .Due to the security ,check out time need to request card to reliease the door gate for car going out . love this hotel customer service.

The room is clean and tidy. The pillow is not feel comfortable to sleep. Location is good. Hotel provide free parking. When drive car out of hotel need to ask reception to give access card.

The location right in the Ipoh city. The building is an old building with lack of decoration at the lobby. However, I like strong water pressure in the shower

Lift service has been down for 2 days, no backup/emergency maintenance team to solve. The most funny thing is my room was at 6th floor. Louisy facilities & service.

This hotel are located in the middle of the town so easy to go anywhere. The services and cleanliness is quite good.

The hotel is in a nice area with lots of shops. large and comfortable room. the mattress is not good, because the mattress is quite old and no longer of good quality.
