The size of the apartment was good with balcony and sea view, parking however we had to pay small amount, however worth it to know you always have easy parking and security

Has a nice view and is very close to the beach (less than 5 minutes). Has several restaurants nearby too. The place is clean and amicable. Please note that the parking can only be paid with touchngo (with minimum balance of RM20) so make sure to topup your touchngo card.

The apartment here is very clean, basic 2 rooms unit but its very comfortable for 4 of us. Free wifi astro and netflix are available. however the parking area is chargeable and very limited. walking pass the pool towards the main entrance and across the road is the beach.

View from the apartment is awesome and beach is very nearby just to cross the road and can see sea activities and beaches

Worth the money. The unit apartment was well maintained. Staffs are very helpful. Great views from above. No jammed. Plentiful parking.

Probably one of the best place in Penang to stay with great sea view. Friendly security staffs. 5mins walk to the beach. Very convenient to find street food and hawkers(5min walk) 10mins walk to the famous batu feringgi night market. Two thumbs up ????????

Great location. Clean and decent rooms. Excellent views, I can even see Gunung Jerai from here. Rates are very good too.

Easy check in, spacious clean rooms, great comfy beds and linen, amazing view of the sea, only downside no chairs or shade at the communal pool. Didn't bother us as we like to get out and experience the island.

Location is good and places is clean. Close to beach just by walking distance 5 to 10 minutes walk. No problem for your dinner except breakfast not many shop open in morning time.

Sea view is amazing from these apartments. 4-6 person can stay easily. So a good option for bachelor's and Familys as well. Beach is just walking distance. Night market is also nearby. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay but the beach is not 174m as mentioned. The reason is the non availability of direct path. It's around 800m

The room is clean. Facility such water heater, hair dryer iron board, microwave fridge working in good condition. Air cond also in good condition.security is good . Parking using touch and go with limited space.

Nice place. Neat. Friendly service. Eventhough parking space is an issue, but it happens only during peak season. Within walking distance to the beach.
