- A deposit of RM100 is required upon check-in.
- Our hotel is fully non-smoking. A fine of RM200 will be imposed for smoking in rooms or hotel premises, with an outdoor designated smoking area available.
- Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will be charged for the entire stay. Failure to arrival will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value.
- Strong-scented fruits, such as jackfruits and durians are prohibited.
- A Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10 per room per night will be charged to customers holding foreign passports, as mandated by the Malaysian Government.
- Checkout charges may apply every hour after checkout time
- The mandatory Local Government Fee of RM2.00 per room per night will be imposed on all guests staying in 3-star hotels in Penang. This fee is regulated by the Penang State Government Local Council and is payable upon arrival.
