I check-in at Sun Inns Dmind 1 at 3/6/23 approximately 16.30, then i went out (i did not check the bed or anything) and came back at 22.30. When i went to bed i found out that the bed linen have blood stains on 2 spots. I tried to call receptionist but cannot go through (line busy/line problem). I had to go down to sun inns dmind 3 where the receptionist is situated at 23.00 with my child. And the receptionist send 2 bedsheets and told me to just cover the existing bedsheets. I am greatly disappointed with the level of cleanliness of this room and the fact that i cannot get hold of the receptionist and had to go down myself at night. All the hassle. Providing clean environment is the bare minimum in hotels services. I hope your hotel improve overall basic cleanliness and phone line in future because this is unacceptable. Location wise is all good but the hotel itself not recommend. Sent email but no reply.
