- Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
- A RM50 deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages to the room or lost room cards.
- A Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10 per room per night will be charged to customers holding foreign passports, as mandated by the Malaysian Government.
