Everything was amazing. Bedroom was really clean with a nice view and the staff was very nice and helpful with us! Best hotel that we had in Malaysia so far!

Hotel is situated within walking distance to good food, good nightmarket, good touristy path. Has elevator so great for ppl with bad knee. Room is comfy enough, water pressure is great. My room is windowless, so claustrophians might have problem, not moi I love the cavey room very much!

For the price I have paid @ RM170 a night (incl. Of tax) for a triple bed room, its not worth it. Hotel and rooms have stench of smoke and alcohol when you first enter, there are molds in shower curtain, and sink tap burst. Saw a few shady characters walking into the hotel...not recommended for family with children. However, the staff were helpful and polite.

Location is great. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Facilities are okay... Wanted to make coffee in the morning but there's no hot water. Even the kettle provided can't be used because the plug doesn't match Malaysian socket. How weird. Basically I'm not fussy. But I have low tolerance on cockroaches. We encountered quite a number of small cockroaches and ants in the room that we were afraid to leave our food open and unattended. Better if the room charges was lower. Not so worth though.

As I was checking in, the hotel said they did not receive my booking from Agoda. They made me call Agoda customer service to sort things out. (At least they gave my family a room to rest for the time being) According to Agoda, it is the hotel system issue, while the hotel point the finger at Agoda. Anyhow, the matter was swiftly resolved, but I won't stay here again due to the following reason 1. Rooms feels old from the paint 2. Cheap budget hotel feel - a florescent light lit the room. 3. No parking, park at road side at your own risk. 4. Noise from the main road is LOUD! The only reason I chose this hotel was walking distance to my go to breakfast place (but was disappointed during my visit this round) and concubine lane.

I booked and paid for superior king room for my friend but during check in they were given a triple room with three single mattress. So disappointing. The receptionist said that the bed is big enough. That is all he keep repeatedly saying. Lame excuse.

Not recommended for family with children. Price paid for rooms does not commensurate with the quality of rooms which has stench of smoke and alcohol. Saw some shady characters in the hotel.
