I have made booking through agoda and the payment was done by credit card. Once reach property, the malay male receptionists ask me to top up another Rm 20 ringgit. I'm ask why then he said the price showing at agoda app is not reasonable and can't get the room. I just told him that later when I check out will pay. So when come to check out time there is one more Chinese uncle at reception counter ask me to pay Rm40. When ask him he said just pay.. there is no any receipt given. What's going on here. Pls advice me ..

Spending 1 night here with my friends to go to our friend wedding. The hotel got new appliance also with water heater. No unpleasant smell such as smoke which usually there when check in budget hotel.

Except for the slow water flow bc of Johor water flow to Singapore, all in the room is GOOD! Should ask staff to sweep the floor next time if you see the floor is a bit dirty, since the frontdesk staffs are old but nice people, i can’t complain much but just enjoy the good sides of the hotel.

Banyak tempat parking kereta, luas, senang. Pilihan kedai mkanan brhampiran yang banyak. Katil yg besar. Aircond berfungsi dgn baik. Bilik agak bersih..bilik air bersih namun perlu ditingkatkn lgi keselesaan di dlm blik air.. Saterika berfungsi dengan baik. Malangnya tv di dlm blik W01-01 rosak.. Hrpnya dpat dibaiki pada msa akn dtg utk pengguna lain.. Pihak hotel seharusnya mengambil berat terhadap kemudahan yang disediakan, agar semua kemudahan tersebut dapat digunakan & berfungsi dengan baik.

AGODA bagi harga murah dah...tapi bila check in..dia kenakan plak tambahan charge..katanya OYO bagi murah sgt...pening kita...den kena tambah RM10 untuk bilik Family..double king bed.. itu je lah komen untuk hari ni...kalau rasa tertipu...jgn la beli...jika rasa nak murah...bole la.... tapi kalau dah tengah malam...jadi keja nak call agoda semua tu...ang bayaq la RM10 tu hahahah.. lupa...TV tak leh tgok..sebab remote rosak...malam ada bunyi...tikus jatuh kot dalam syiling tu.... ACU sejuk..terbaik.....bilik ayaq kecik...muat la nak mandi...Tuala dia...mmg sesuai la dengan harga tu...dah 8 keturunan kot...nipis ja tinggai .. kiblat...guna Hp la check... ok tu ja komen....sebab kena scam 10 hinggit

The price is suitable as a budget hotel. All equipment in room functions well but, the cleanliness quite poor. Air-conditioning is fine, and the heater in bathroom also works. Parking spot is available in front of the hotel. My rating for facilities is 3.5 out of 5. For the cleanliness is 1 out 5. You get room for the price you pay for. Thank you.

Pros: - staff is okay, that uncle friendly - location is fine - aircond is fine, hot shower is working Cons: - room is terrible, not the same with picture: booked one with window but i got room without window - no thick blanket, just small weird not comfortable thin blanket - no mirror in toilet - toilet is a little bit dirty - the bathmat is dirty - pillow not comfortable

Yang Betul: 1. Murah memang sesuai pengembara yang solo (Bukan utk kaum hawa) 2. Bilik sejuk dan ada pemanas air. Yang Salah: 1. Non-smoking room jadi 2nd hand smoke room. (Asap rokok entah mana dtg.) 2. TV rosak. 3. Ada ketinggalan rerambut atas katil dan lantai.

very dirty. the floor looks like not been clean for very long time. the bed didnt change matress. there was fungus on the bed. no tv provided. reason lot of tv damage. very funny reason and no sorry with the bad service. booked and pay for 2night. only stay for one night. there also have small ants. attack my baby
